2011.7.8. Germany - 125 years automotive
Cover from Germany. The special stamp shows the first built by Carl Benz in 1886 and patented three-wheeler which is deposited with a drawing of the patent. It has a horizontally mounted one-cylinder engine, which develops from a displacement of 954 cubic centimeters at 400 rpm an output of 0.75 hp (0.55 kW). The speed of the vehicle is 16 km/h.

2011.6.29. Germany - 175 years of Saxon Steamship
Cover from Germany. This minisheet was issued on 9.Jun.2011 to commemorate the 175th years of Saxon steamship. On 8 July 1836 received twelve citizens of Dresden by King Frederick Augustus II of Saxony, the privilege of establishing a steamship company in the Kingdom of Saxony. 1837 ended with the "Queen Mary" the first German people designed by Andreas Schubert steamship is launched. After the maiden voyage on 30 July 1837 after Rathen in Saxon Switzerland was in the same year received the regular driving in the traffic line. Mid-19th Century were made more ships in service and the competitors, the Bohemian-Steam Navigation Company, taken over. Since 1910, the "Bohemian-Saxon-Steamship Company" (the new name), berthed in the historic center of Dresden. This she still holds. After the second World War, the fleet of the now nationalized "VEB Elbe shipping Saxony" only in 16 steamboats. In 1992, after the turn, handed over to the Company to the Conti Reederei. The still-powered paddle steamer fleet in Dresden is one of the oldest and largest in the world. The sailing area stretches from the historic center of Dresden about 80 kilometers in one of the most beautiful river landscapes in Europe until Seußlitz at Meissen and Bad Schandau in Saxon Switzerland.
