hi the cover and the corresponding stamp are 'Introduction of Cyrillic in European Union' and the other stamps are for anniversary of Basilica San Clemente in Rome. lol, the guy who sent it to you was very generous - he/she put stamps of amount twice bigger than needed for a regular letter to Taiwan (it is 1.40 leva for letters up to 20g)
A friend sent to me this FDC. I can't read Bulgarian so I don't know what about this stamps are. Anyway, thanks my friend.
